White Birches Campground is a small, 60-site campground, bounded on three sides by Acadia National Park. The emphasis is on tent camping and on providing a quiet, family and private atmosphere. Forty-two well-screened, deeply wooded sites with water and electric hook-ups are for either tenters or RVs. Every site is equipped with a picnic table, fire-ring, a level area for tents, and parking space.

State-approved, FREE hot showers, flush toilets, and spring-fed drinking water are located in a central building, and water spigots are available on each loop. Pets are welcome at White Birches. The rules are those of common courtesy and consideration for one's fellow campers. Pet owners are expected to see that their pets follow the same guidelines.
